TIA redefines the wellness experience through its original Wellness Inclusive concept, integrating holistic well-being into every stay through personalised treatments, education, and daily wellness practices designed to elevate creativity, balance, and a deeper sense of life purpose. Wellness Inclusive guests are guaranteed two wellness treatments per night (a total of 80 minutes per person), selected from an extensive, curated wellness menu. Each stay is further enriched by daily guided practices, including our Signature Master Class – Breathwork, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Gentle Hatha Yoga, HIIT Power Workout, and Creative Workshop.

Our wellness philosophy supports deep relaxation, emotional balance, and creative self-expression through therapies designed to restore both body and mind. The menu combines time-honoured holistic treatments and refined beauty therapies with specialised wellness experiences that integrate Reiki energy healing, aromatherapy, and acupressure — delivered with intention, presence, and care.

Wellness Inclusive guests are invited to complimentary, thoughtfully curated classes within a structured weekly programme, offering up to five guided sessions daily across yoga, breathwork, HIIT, and creative practices — each thoughtfully designed to provide variety and depth throughout the week.

Nestled amidst the tropical landscape, guests can leave the usual crowds behind and reconnect with tranquility and the vibrant atmosphere of this refreshing oasis, which includes: 22 treatment rooms, 2 beauty salons, 2 saunas/steam rooms, 2 hydrotherapy rooms, 2 relaxation rooms, a waterfall and swimming pool, 2 indoor gyms, and a convenience store.
